    Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). Please keep the return tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
    Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead.
    Fee Deductions: For returns driven by customer preference (e.g., change of mind), we may deduct a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) from the refund amount. No restocking fees apply to returns caused by our errors or defective products.
